She adores Lake Atitlán, where she shares a tiny cabin with her partner, daughter, cat and dog. She is ever exploring freedom and joy as a writer, mother and teacher.

She completed her 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training at Yoga Yoga in 2002, as well as a 100-hour advanced training at Dharma Yoga in 2009.
