Transcending Yoga

I don’t do yoga.

I don’t practice yoga.

I don’t teach yoga.

I live love.

I strive to live from the heart.

I do live from the heart.

Letting go of the striving.

Letting go of the dharma.

Letting go of lineage.

Taking a look at the condition my conditioning is in.

Seeing the fences we construct

Even in the “yoga world”

Even in “spiritual communities”

We erect barriers.

We need yin.

We need yang.

Balance, equilibrium, freedom.

No more separation.

Shining light on the shadows.

Shining light from the heart.

Transcending yoga.

Transcending my god.

Living love.

Breathing love.

Teaching love.

Learning love.

Simply, clearly, honestly, openly.
