I Love. {#reverb15 day 2 of 21}

December 2 – Start all your sentences with “I love …”

I love.

I love people.

I love animals.

I love waking up early in the morning.

I love curling up in bed each night.

I love reading books.

I love writing in my journal.

I love dancing with my daughter.

I love to hug my husband.

I love practicing yoga and meditation.

I love teaching yoga and meditation.

I love that yoga is meditation.

I love my life, even though it is not always easy.

I love my body for what it can do and for the way it is constantly changing.

Though I can’t exactly say I love pain, I am grateful for pain and I am letting go of my aversion to pain and realizing that pain is a message from our physical bodies: a call for help.

I love love.

I love life.

I love you and me.
