  1. I continued to study the things I’ve been studying for the past several years: Spanish, yoga, Buddhist philosophy, meditation, the art of writing, best practices in the field of education. I devoted significant time to studying for my Yoga as Muse (YAM) Facilitator Training course… reading about creativity, learning the YAM tools and philosophies, studying my own habits and patterns as they relate to discipline, motivation, practice and expression. All in all, it was a studious and stupendous year!
